These drawings capture a mix of excitement, nostalgia and anticipation, showing the significance of even the smallest moments spent with their parents. Ordinary moments which many might take for granted – watching a movie, sharing a meal or attending an event – are precious for children who seldom, or never, get to experience them with their imprisoned parent.
Each illustration tells a story of love and hope, and represents a call to continue supporting children impacted by parental imprisonment.
